Karen Hodges received her doctorate in physical therapy at UCSF/SFSU and then went on to become a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) through the Institute of Physical Art. As a lifetime athlete, she is dedicated to helping patients get out of pain and meet their fitness goals. After becoming a mom, she pursued pelvic floor therapy to be able to uniquely address therapy needs of moms. Karen also has her certification in lymphatic therapy to support her love of treating cancer survivors. Karen can be found bouncing around Alameda with her close and incredibly supportive family network including 2 kids, husband, twin sister (+family) and little sister (+ family).
Berrin Boyce has been practicing physical therapy since 2016, graduating from Northeastern University’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in Boston, MA. Shespecialized in pelvic health PT after discovering her passion for empowering people through pelvic floor rehabilitation. She is dedicated to continuous learning and has her Women’s Health Clinical Specialist Board Certification (WCS), Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification, and Therapeutic Pain Specialist Certification. Berrin’s true passion is helping people stay strong and be able to meet the physical demands of life and parenthood. More specifically, she enjoys helping people tackle issues that are below the belt including urinary incontinence, bowel incontinence, constipation, IBS, tailbone pain, pelvic pain, vulvodynia, and pain with intercourse. Berrin is happy to be back in the Bay Area with her partner and two young kids. In her spare time she enjoys running around Alameda, training for her next race.
Erika has a degree in kinesiology and a passion for fitness. She has spent three years in patient care at the UCSF cancer center. Erika has four children and loves getting out and exploring and traveling with them and her husband.
